Manage Organizations and Members
An organization is the workspace that owns a Mesh of Things fleet. Devices, networks, firewall groups, apps, event settings, API tokens, members, and billing are scoped to the active organization.
Switch Organizations
Use the Organization selector in the dashboard header to switch workspaces. Every list and action in the dashboard then applies to the selected organization.
Select New organization from the same menu to create another workspace. Organization resources do not move or become visible across workspaces.
Invite Members
Organization owners and admins can manage access under Settings → Members:
- Enter the person's email address.
- Choose a role.
- Select Send invitation.
Pending invitations show their role and expiry and can be canceled before acceptance.
Roles
- Member: can use the organization's ordinary read access but cannot manage organization-level resources.
- Admin: can manage members and operational resources and can grant Member or Admin roles.
- Owner: has the highest organization authority and can grant the Owner role.
An owner or admin can change another member's role or remove them. Removing a member also revokes API tokens that member created, so transfer or replace integration credentials before offboarding them.
Leave an Organization
Select Leave organization under Settings → Organization. The only owner cannot leave; first promote another member to Owner or delete the organization.
Leaving removes your access but does not delete the shared fleet. Organization deletion is a separate permanent action available only when the dashboard's safety and billing checks permit it.
